Valid only for iiyama devices purchased in Germany or Austria and with expired warranties. A receipt of purchase is required. If no receipt of purchase is available, a repair for the prices quoted above is not possible. In such a case, a cost estimate can be provided for an additional cost of €45, which will be added to your repair costs if accepted.

Warning: This repair service is not available for devices that have been repaired or opened by third parties. Replacement of the following parts is not covered by the prices quoted above: LCD panels/glass, case parts, touch sensors, circuit boards. The devices must be securely packed, if possible in their original packaging. If needed, a monitor box can be provided for an additional price of €25.00.

I would like to make use of the "Oldie" warranty service provided by ENO telecom GmbH for iiyama. I understand that ENO reserves the right to make a determination about whether a repair is possible. The quoted rate includes pickup, repair, and return of the product.
